Meet Dr. Steve Landry
Dr. Landry knows what it’s like to hurt — and to wonder if you’ll ever feel normal again.
At 18, a devastating auto accident changed the course of his life. It was chiropractic care that gave him his life back. That experience was so profound that he left his home in Quebec, Canada — speaking only French — moved to the U.S., and enrolled at Life University to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
He founded United Chiropractic Center in Marietta in 2011 with one mission: help others find the same relief he did.
Today, Dr. Landry and his wife, Dr. Amber Landry — a South Georgia native — raise their four children in East Cobb. Every one of them has been adjusted since birth. This isn’t just what they do for a living. It’s how their family lives.

What You Can Expect

Your First Visit — 45 Minutes
We set aside dedicated time for every new patient. Dr. Landry will assess your spine, posture, and pain, perform a nerve scan, take chiropractic X-rays (if needed), and walk you through exactly what he finds — so you understand what’s going on before we start.

Review Your Results — 1.5 Hours
This is where everything clicks. We sit down together, review your exam findings, show you exactly what’s happening in your spine, map out your correction plan, go over finances, and give you your first adjustment. No surprises. Just clarity and a clear path forward.

Regular Adjustments — 10–15 Minutes
Life is busy — we get it. Regular adjustments take just 10–15 minutes. You’ll check in, head back for your adjustment, and be on your way. Dr. Landry already knows your spine and your plan, so every visit is efficient and purposeful.
